Renters are responsible for providing all sleeping necessities. Seat belts - yes the van has seat belts and head rests in the rear bench seat, 3 of them. Restraints include one passenger side shoulder, one middle lap, and one driver side three point. Yes, you can use a car seat. No, it does not have a latching system for car seats, but does have a tether harness clip for forward facing seats. It is modern and safe.
