Fully loaded LIKE NEW 2018 KEYSTONE OUTBACK 326RL named The Queen Bee available for family rental. Personally owned by a military family stationed in Hampton Roads. Rental price includes setup and delivery within 30 miles of my home... toll charges may apply. *** I have never had to keep anyone’s deposit for damages yet. While my deposit is lower than most if you agree to this contract and damage the RV more than the $500 deposit you will be responsible for the entire amount of the repairs done by renter. We pre-screen all potential renters and all renters agree to provide sewer, water and at least 30amp electric service to the trailer. THE QUEEN BEE IS FOR DELIVERY ONLY... WE DO NOT ALLOW HER TO BE TOWED BY ANYONE OTHER THEN US. Delivery to the eastern shore and the outer banks is a one time fee of $150.00 There is absolutely NO SMOKING in The Queen Bee. If you smoke in the trailer you are agreeing that we get to keep the entirety of your security deposit. We do not allow boondocking in the trailer... sorry. Your rental will come with clean linen, towels, blankets and mattresses with memory foam toppers... you need to provide your own pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the utensils, pots and pans, cups and flatware. There is a BBQ pit provided (with propane) but if you use it, there’s a $25.00 cleaning fee that’ll be deducted from your security deposit. If the trailer is returned to us dirty beyond normal usage there will be a $150 cleaning fee deducted from your security deposit. If there is a bad fish smell or smell from your animal you will forfeit your entire deposit so that I can get it professionally cleaned and smell removed. We are pet friendly but all pets will be screened prior to booking.
