Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (when dinette converted to smaller 46”x65” bed) but has 4 seat belts (note the 2 extra belts in dining area do not have shoulder straps so they do not work with child seats). Ready with full tank of Gasoline, Propane and Fresh Water! “Herbert” is basically a well equipped Airbnb on wheels! Mileage- it is an average of 250 per day. Example- 3 day rental would allow 750 TOTAL miles & then .45/mi over that. 7 day rental would allow 1750 TOTAL miles & then .45/mi over that. CHECK-IN POLICY - Check in 9am or later. - Please allow about an hour or more for contract signing/walkthrough/test drive. RETURN POLICY - Drop off time anytime up to 5pm. Late fee of $25/hr after 6 pm.(let us know when on the way back) - You need to return with full tank of gas - Remove all trash & personal belongings from RV - You do not need to dump gray & black tanks or water/propane up. Place all used bedding, towels, etc. and leave in shower floor ok. There is no discount for early return. (discount for 7+ night rental) We sterilize very well. Minimum 3 day & maximum 14 day rental. During freezing weather (such as if you go to high elevation) it is mandatory that the RV be plugged in & tank heaters turned on to prevent gray & black tank freezing. (can be plugged in at a RV park or at a home- adapter provided if at a home) This prevents any chance of freezing damage (freeze damage repair is paid by renter) Boon docking/off grid only if no freezing weather. Fresh water is kept from freezing by keeping interior warm since tank is above floor level. Owner or this rental service reserves the right to cancel or decline booking request.
