Friendship Village is a community designed for Senior Citizens, disable or handicapped persons who wish to maintain their independence, but require design features to meet their special needs.
Resident share of the rent is based on 30% of the adjusted household annual income. Heat and electric are included in the rent. We are a pet freindly community. Accepts Section 8.
