Overview
Sleeps up to 8 between bunk beds, dinette conversion, a pull-out couch, and a queen in the private bedroom. If you like chilly camping, the fireplace is really fun! It's multi color and keeps you toasty. The full kitchen was great for breakfast when I didn't feel like grilling or starting a fire; many a'pancake have been eaten around the table. Amongst other helpful things, I provide a shower deck and privacy tent so you can use the outdoor shower. The thing that really sold me on this little home away from home was the bathroom with it's own door to the outside. It's great for ventilation, and (big bonus for the queen of sweeping...) the fam doesn't track the outside in and through the whole trailer just to use the restroom. Everything is electric including the stabilizers, jack, and outdoor lighted awning. You'll definitely feel like you're living in luxury, no matter the weather, while camping after you're settled in.
I stock some basics: sewer friendly TP, sewage treatment tabs, a garbage can for the kitchen and bathroom, a fire extinguisher, full propane tanks, extension cords, a basic tool kit, scissors, a can opener, a dish rack, all the hook-ups for water, gas, and electric, a surge protector, chocks and leveling blocks, various pins for towing, and a long lead for doggos.
I also rent my gas generator for a $350 flat deposit. Gassing it up is your responsibility (I can lend you a little gas can if you need it!). If you return it in the same condition I refund $300 ($50 reserved for wear and tear over time).
Specs: 4,550 starting watts, 3,650 running.
